"Kalpa was an excellent resource for us while we were buying a new home in the Atlanta area. With our being new to the area, she shared relevant information on what we were interested in (schools, activities, amenities, etc.), so we could narrow down to the right location for our family. When looking at homes, she had helpful suggestions for design and construction changes that could make the space a better fit for our family. She was well versed in inspection reports and how to negotiate the most favorable results for us. Overall, she was responsive, organized, and well prepared.
